This product is Manufactured by Zachary Confections, Inc. of Frankfort, IN.  Zachary includes Honey in the ingredients. I don't know if it is just that, but Zachary's Mellocremes have a nice creamy, rather than just a sugary, flavor. 

Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Contains Less Than 2% of the Following: Salt, Confectioner's Glaze, Honey, Egg Whites, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Artificial Colors (Including FD&C Red #40 and Red #3). Mineral Oil, Vegetable Oil (Coconut and Canola Oil), Carnauba Wax.

Allergy Information:  Contains Egg.  Manufactured in a Facility that Processes Products Containing Soy, Milk, Wheat, Peanut and Tree Nut (Almonds, Pecans, and Brazil Nuts) Ingredients.

This candy arrives in our store in bulk quantities and is packed for your order when we receive the order.  We package small quantities of this candy in cellophane bags that are heat-sealed. We then seal and bag again for product safety and include an ingredients label. Products are then boxed and shipped.  Larger quantities are double bagged for safety and an ingredients label is included. It is then boxed and sealed for shipment.
